P3 : What innovations have you implemented to enhance energy efficiency in UV curing processes across various substrates?
AS : In Curing system we are using the USA & Korean made UV Lamps for high energy & long lasting life with better UV Curing technology. When we used better UV Lamp, then curing will be better & faster with good results & shining.
P3 : How do your coating systems ensure high-quality finishes while maintaining high-speed production in diverse printing environments?
AS : In UV Coating system we are providing the spares parts & electrical components as per the international parameters. In coating system major role of the coating is better rubber in the roller system. We are using EPDM rubber rollers in the coating system.
P3 : Can you explain the significance of using both air and water cooling methods in your equipment and how they affect operational performance?
AS : We are manufacturing two type of curing system in retrofit. 1st is the Air Cooled Technology, another one is the water cooled. Air Cooled system is little bit risky as compared to water cooled system according to the machine life.
P3 : What safety mechanisms are integrated into your printing machines to protect operators during high-speed and high-pressureapplications?
AS : In our machines, we are using different type of sensors for safety management. With these sensors you will work safely & trouble free while working.

PS : How does your technology achieve precise alignment and registration in the printing process to ensure quality consistency?
AS : In SASG, we have the trained & experienced engineers for manufacturing the machines. In our organization, we are manufacturing the products with latest equipment for the world class quality.

AS : In our machines we are using the best quality product to reduce material wastage in your printing press.

AS: In UV curing lamps we recommend a clean environment. So we recommend always clean the UV lamp with IPA chemical. With this chemical life of the lamp is increased.
