We are excited to share a significant milestone in our journey. As you may know, Arets Graphics NV was acquired by Toyo Ink SC Holdings Co. Ltd. (now artience Co. Ltd.) in 2013 and globally rebranded as Toyo Ink Arets NV on January 1, 2015.
In India, this entity became Toyo Ink Arets India Pvt. Ltd. (TIARIN), sourcing UV/EB/LED products primarily from Toyo Ink Europe (TIE) & from other Toyo Ink Group companies (now artience Group) to serve the Indian sub-continent market.
To further strengthen our commitment and enhance value for our stakeholders, we are pleased to announce that, effective April 3, 2025, TIARIN will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Toyo Ink India Pvt Ltd (TIID). This strategic move marks a new chapter in our evolution.
TIARIN will continue under its trusted brand, with TIID providing strong management support, ensuring excellence in compliance and maximizing value for its stakeholders.
