Epson and EKM Global have partnered to enable a one-stop solution for channel and print dealers, combining EKM print and fleet management software with Epson’s Remote Services (ERS) solution, all within the EKM Global Insight platform. The partnership means users can easily access fleet service data and alerts alongside print management information, simplifying processes and improving efficiency.
Epson Remote Services is a free, cloud-based monitoring and management system that delivers advanced remote diagnostics for Epson business inkjet devices. ERS helps to reduce engineer requirement and on-site visits by enabling remote diagnostics and fixes, reducing CO2 emissions and the environmental impact of travel.
By integrating ERS within its print and fleet management platform, EKM Global can provide its channel partners and dealers with a total view of their fleet performance, as well as manage and resolve service issues, before a call-out is required.
