Designed to meet diverse printing needs, it comes in two roll sizes—440mm and 660mm—and is available in both Monochrome and Color variants.
This state-of-the-art web press features an integrated system, including an Unwinder, Printing Engine, Buffering Unit, Slitting and Cutting Mechanism, Stacker, and a powerful RIP server with advanced RIP software. Capable of producing high-quality prints on uncoated paper, the Atexco Vegapress 440C operates at a speed of more than 50000 A4 pages per hour and supports paper weights from 40 to 200 gsm.

The Atexco Vegapress utilizes pigment ink and industrial-grade print heads, delivering exceptional print quality. Loading paper onto the press requires only one operator and can be completed in just a few minutes. The press supports jumbo rolls of up to 13,000 meters, making it highly efficient for uninterrupted large-scale jobs.
Equipped with an inline vacuum cleaner, the Vegapress ensures that paper, which often arrives with dust, is thoroughly cleaned before printing begins, maintaining the highest print standards. Its compact design requires just two bars to print both the front and back, significantly reducing the footprint compared to traditional equipment.
The machine features an automatic buffering unit that allows for continuous high-speed printing at 100 meters, even while cutting is in progress. Additionally, it includes both inline vertical and horizontal cutters, which can be easily adjusted for different paper sizes, enhancing versatility and operational efficiency.
