Greater Noida’s Color 8 Company is advancing in label printing with innovative ideas and a new RICOH Pro C7500 machine. This advanced digital press, featuring a 5th Color Station, was supplied and installed by Monotech Systems, a global leader in printing and packaging solutions.
Upgraded from the RICOH Pro C7200x and launched in India by Monotech Systems last year, the RICOH Pro C7500 stands out with its 11-colour printing capabilities, including traditional CMYK plus a 5th Color Station for special toners like white, gold, silver, neon pink, neon yellow, clear, and invisible red. This new machine is enhancing label printing at Color 8 Company.
Mayank Singh, Proprietor of Color 8 Company, notes, “The addition of the RICOH Pro C7500 has set new benchmarks for quality and innovation in our label printing.” He elaborates, “We now use the 5th Color Station to add unique textures and effects, such as PET clear labels, which enhances our product offerings.”
The RICOH Pro C7500 operates at speeds of up to 85ppm, with an upgrade option to 95ppm, and produces high-resolution prints (2400×4800dpi) on media from 40gsm to 470gsm. This capability supports Color 8 Company’s need for exceptional label graphics.
Since 2018, Color 8 Company has specialized in label printing, serving numerous well-known brands. “Label printing is our core business, representing about 90% of our activities,” says Mr. Singh. He adds that innovative machines like the RICOH Pro C7500 are crucial for turning creative ideas into high-quality products.
With a skilled team of 15, Color 8 Company caters to a wide client base in Delhi-NCR. They aim to achieve striking results with specialty effects like glossy, matte, or glitter finishes by combining print layers with special textures.
